The curb appeal is undeniable. Originally built as a box with windows, a mix of styles and upscale materials transformed the look to a fashionable Craftsman/Colonial.
The lower level has a second master suite with sitting room, a laundry and an awesome game room. Great for visitors as long as stairs are not an issue. This is a 1985 split level home and accessibility is not a strong point.
I think one of the recurring accents is Rainforest marble tiles. It's use is subtlety echoed thorough out the home.
